1. Faith Community Safety — Foundations Course
Our flagship one-day, on-site training for church safety teams. Covers legal foundations (WA state use-of-force, trespass law, Good Samaritan), situational awareness, de-escalation, active threat response, medical priorities, and scenario-based exercises inside your own building. Up to 15 participants per session.
2. De-Escalation & Crisis Response for Churches
Focused training on verbal de-escalation, recognizing mental health crises, and managing disruptive individuals — the situations your team will face most often. Practical, repeatable techniques that don't require physical intervention.
3. Active Threat & Emergency Response
Run-Hide-Fight adapted for a church environment. Lockdown procedures, evacuation coordination, 911 communication scripts, and reunification planning. Includes tabletop exercises with your team in your building.
4. Children's & Family Area Security
Check-in/check-out systems, two-adult policies, authorized pickup procedures, lockdown protocols for children's wings, and volunteer screening standards. Protecting your most vulnerable population.
5. Church Security Assessment & Plan Development
A comprehensive walkthrough of your facility covering exterior, interior, children's areas, communication systems, and emergency preparedness. You receive a written assessment report with prioritized recommendations and a Church Emergency Action Plan (CEAP) customized for your building.
6. Scenario-Based Team Training & Recertification
Quarterly on-site sessions for established safety teams. Scenario exercises, legal refreshers, skills maintenance, and after-action reviews. Keeps your team sharp and your program current.
7. Leadership & Policy Workshop
For pastors and board members. Covers governance structure, liability, insurance considerations, board adoption, and how to lead a safety ministry without changing the culture of your church.
